*The 2012 Mandatory Charity Meeting is set for 5:30 on January 18th at Grand Home Furninshings Corporate Offices on Electric Road across from Tanglewood Mall.
Any charity wishing to apply for funding for 2012 must have a representative from their organization in attendance in order to be eligible for funding consideration. |

Time: The party starts at 5:00 and runs until 8:30 or 9:00.
Price: Admission is only $5.00 and drink tickets are $4 for beer or wine.
(5 drink maximum per individual per event)
In the event of inclement weather, an announcement regarding the continuation or cancellation of an event will be made by noon on the day of the event. In the event of rain on September 2nd, the event will be reschuled to September 9th.
